Yes it all depends on the needs we have because there are no perfect exchanges. we must be able to take advantage of every advantage possessed by the exchange, in my opinion reputation and security are important. For the issue of transaction fees I will not be afraid, because in my opinion security is a top priority. If there is an exchange that is very cheap, it will not mean if the exchanges do not have a good level of security.
