I was right completely. Minex does not have working cards at all and is misleading theirs customers all the time.From reading theirs post on Medium few conclusions came up:
- they have not crypto working card
- they took company cards from ukranian Privat Bank which can be used only to test theirs application and nothing else
- VISA/Mastercard does not allow using third parties cards for your own customers - cant give bank cards to your own customers
- to get really working cards,they will need to fill sub-issue request to get valid branded cards with theirs logo on them, goes through all necessary regulations,gets VISA/Mastercard approval of card design and makes a contract with card manufacturer.
- they are on the beginning of this long and complicate procedure and as based on experiences of others,bigger companies,they will need 8-10 months to finish it if and only if they have fully qualified people to do it.If all goes well we can expect fully working card for 8-10 months,sometimes in September 2019
- Temhuk used VISA Gold card for alleged testing,but Minex now is saying that they are using for testing bank Mastercard euro card.God knows what is happenning there

The card is both mastercard and visa,Today crypto rich said he got mastercard for the test card in his video.

Card cant be both VISA and Mastercard.
Minex in theirs statement explicitly said they are testing Privat Bank Mastercard euro card.No mention about VISA at all.Minex can test theirs application with bank cards ,but to get valid ,branded card with its logo ,they will have to fill request for sub-issueing,accomplish all neccessary regulatory things and Mastercard terms.It is not an easy task to accomplish.Much more serious companies which issued crypto related cards needed 8-10 months for that.
As I said before - it is true that Minex does not license for company cards. But if Minex want to issue cards to their customers it will need valid,branded cards and contract about sub-issueing and to pass through all necessary procedures and regulations.

it's so funny to read all that FUD. You have no idea what kind of cards it will be. You don't have any details. Just a FUD. Nobody listens you ever after you will fail in Minexcoin FUD attack. That persons can't even read own FUD, in red square D.Pike wrote about cards are working but that dumb FUDder texting they are not It seems that yours eyesight suddenly gets worse. Look at Pike last sentence about cards "Not really a working card"

Card has no Minex/Chain2Pay logo on it,so it is not Minex/Chain2pay card at all.Boris took company cards from bank and connect on his application.Problem is that VISA does not allow to abuse cards via third parties - you cant issue bank cards which bank issue to their customers to your own customers.If you want to issue cards to customers ,you have to fill request for sub-issueing. That means to finish all regulatory things,to give Visa your card design for approval and finally to make contract with card manufacturer about number of cards you want to be made and its security features. Boris is trying to deceive VISA/Mastercard ,but he would not be able to present 23000 customers as his employees and ultimately it will fail.Also VISA did not grant Privat Bank worldwide license.So ,if you sucessfully fulfill all what VISA asks,you will be able to issue cards only for members from Ukraine.What you want to do is exactly why VISA shutdown Wavecrest.You have to follow rules and regulations or Visa will shutdown you so fast that you wont even have time to blink.
