Ok. I'll try to explain to you again. Minexcoin now testing how minexpay wallet will work with the cards. It does not matter which bank card will be used, they have chosen Privat bank(name of the bank) simply because it's biggest bank in Ukraine. Process of card issuing was started in the beginning of 2018 so they had enough time to finish everything. I think you need to visit MNX office and many of your questions and worries will be sorted out.
And one more thing, Mastercard or Visa can't know which card will be used for crypto and which not, because like it was said many times before, MNX cards don't have direct connection to the crypto.

You can test yours application with whatever card you want,but you will not be able to deliver customers bank issued cards,but only your own,with your own logo. It does not matter if card is crypto related or not ,procedure is the same for all - company which wants to issue card to theirs customers must fill request for sub-issuing and cant use cards of others entities.

If you try to avoid that, Mastercard will ban your card immediately.It is that simple. Finishing all neccessary regulatory things and fullfilment of Mastercard procedures take a long time .It is not easy and there is no workaround.Iam sure you cant it finish and get valid card till end of 2018.Nobody can do it so fast.

As i see ,Minex is continuing to try to find a loophole in rules and avoid necessary procedures at all cost.You hired Novarise Secrecy scammer to help you avoid procedures.It was not accidental. If you keep trying that,there is no doubt that you will be banned by Mastercard and then you will remember mine words.

MC or Visa can ban card only if it have direct connection to the crypto. But as you know it is some services which providing cards locally in some countries in Europe for example and that is 100% legal. But nobody can do that for all world. MNX will sort that issue after end of public test.
P.s. all regulatory things was started long time ago. MNX CEO did huge job while some people here was busy with FUD about Novarise.
