No softcap - no project. This is the law. If the project reduces softcap - this is a sign of scam. Softcap is the MINIMUM amount of money, it cannot be reduced.

if a project can not reach softcap then i don't think it deserves to continue its development because they will probably not make any impact on cryptocurrency market

It depends I mean some projects just overshot their goals and expectations in this market so its a debatable issue but I think its one of those things that we hope will be successful but cant always be the case

I think a project can continue even if they do not reach the softcap. They can develop the project in parts until they can get a big investor who believes in their project.

yes maybe you're right maybe there is a some kind of delay due to lack of funds since there still developing the project and its also good to continue this kind of project since they are making better and quality platform which everyone will look up to in the future
