Yes that's a remnant from Monero, where they have code to notify users about their 6 month schedule. Nothing's wrong, you're on the right chain

The prebuilts were compiled on Ubuntu 18.04, so they might not work on older releases. I will plan on releasing a prebuilt with an earlier version later
