I think $12000 is not a unreachable price for the bitcoin. I hope it can reach much more than this level in the next year. And for the altcoins I can say that, in my way of thinking, it is a very high possibility that november and december might not give a great rising to the altcoin investors.

2018, especially, November, turned to be the worst time for Bitcoin. Traders and investors were also shocked: everybody was expecting that the crypto would grow but it did not happen. BTC will reach 12K but not soon.
