@OP -- I would recommend that you amend your signed message to include an email address you want associated with your account. Your signed message does not specify ask to have your account unlocked. Perhaps a good signed message would be:
My account has been hacked/lost. Please reset the email to . The current date is .
or
My account has been hacked/lost. I confirm the email associated with my account should be . The current date is . Please unlock my account.

I sent them a signed message with an email address as well. (theymos,cyrus,hilariousandco) Though I think email is not required since it's just locked, not hacked. I see global moderator hilariousandco can unlock accounts!
