I think this is something that every government and every country should take advantage of. That's right. The oligarchs are preventing the nations to take advantage of the renewable resources because they don't want to lose their power and control thru their oil. The same concept happened to Nicolai Tesla when he discovered how energy can be distributed freely anywhere in the world.
