I didn't get to use the MEMO code specified for the transaction and now my coins are not credited in my Merca account. When I check the transaction ID, I see that the coin is already in Mercatox's general wallet for BitWhite but not in my own account. Is there anyway I can get in contact with Mercatox team to have them reflect the transaction in my wallet or at least send it back to my personal wallet with exclusion if the transaction fee?

You can write about it to mercatox support. They can do it but you must have all transactions.
