It is just test card which they use to test its software.

For real card(for the customers) they first have to find card provider who is willing to make a contract with them about card sub-issuing.

I know, and i can wait until the test period finish, i have a lot of patience. Minexpay card is gonna arrive when it has to arrive, not before, not later, i can wait and meanwhile accumulate more MNX

And if for some reason they can't deliver, i'm under my own risk and i accept my loss. No blame for MinexSystem team Wink

This issue about minexpay card has been around for a long time, it is supposed to be that dev and team are more serious and work harder to get a card provider who is willing to contract with minexpay
