Bitcoin prices are affecting to all market of course and icos are damging more because they are new in the market and they are newcomers to market so they drops easily in any dumps for whole market.

This thread was formed just after the bubble burst, not only for BTC but also for ICO. At the time the bubble grew, many scammers saw that investors could be easily attracted. That is why many ICOs were created, which were aimed only at raising money and disappearing. What happened later is another thing. The fall in the ETH price has crashed many projects that have not exchanged ETH into fiat in a right moment, and this is not a scam, only the realities of the cryptocurrency market.
