The answer is on the surface: they guy has lost a lot due to the crypto market fall. Most of us have suffered. Unfortunately, no one could affect the cryptos' price and change the situation for the better.

The only way to avoid losing is to hold it back and wait for the price to rise. it's not easy because prices continue to make someone think negatively and worry, but it still has to be done. If people simultaneously holding back their coins, I think there will be a slight change.
