Because I am planning to buy 1 or 2 accounts from you, but I would prefer to actually be paying all through : perhaps "make payment" and attach it as the main or backup payment method.

I do have a reloadable vcc BUT I have never tried it in Adwords. It is anyways an international usage type.
What I suggest is, you can buy an adwords account from me and in that account once around AUS$ 5 to 8 costs have accrued, then we can try to make payment with the reloadable vcc that I have, minimum payment I guess in Aus account willl be AUS$10. That way we can know easily.
Usually I do not sell any vcc or cards. But, if it is useful for you to make payment, I can facilitate.
