Getting marry early may not cause any economic disaster. Although, if you have reached that age of maturity and you intend to settle down for a wife, be sure you are financially buoyant to that.

I agree. Early marriages only affects the economy but will not certainly cause a disaster. I think we are overthinking this. People getting married at young ages have two sides. One, the bad side, cases where both couple is not financially stable, may not have a stable job and then bearing too many children whom they cannot financially support. The good side is cases which we should consider, they married because they are financially stable and that they knew that they can support their children.

In essence, I really don't think that early marriages have that great effect in the economy but OVERPOPULATION and POVERTY are. Early marriages is not always equal to many children in a family because, and most of the time, people who are low in their economic status are the ones who bear so many children.
