yes, you are right, but it is possible to rise higher. well, but nobody knows about this, and of course the current price developments still show standby status. It can be said that December is the month just in case.

It is still amazing that at this stage, people are still waiting for some huge bullish actions or somehow asking questions no one can obviously give an answer to. However, if I am to give the OP an answer, there is absolutely no way I will be expecting bitcoin at all to get to have any serious bullish condition unless there is some fundamental stuff that makes that happen which I want to believe would be one great deal of a news to even see that in reality. As it is, I would not be surprised, we end up bearish till the end of the year, consolidate for the most part of next year before we start seeing trend changes.
