indeed doge coin can be held. but in my opinion if you want to hold a doge coin you must be patient because you have a good movement with the long term. may be referred to as savings.

Of course if someone will adopt this approach to keep holding this as long term investment like to put which he could hold for few more years. DOGE is still very strong cryptocurrency and from the beginning it has good support from the community and it is still growing.
