i believe institutional investors are waiting for market recovery as well as the outcome of SEC's new involvement. i believe 2019 holds a lot for cryptocurrency

I think Institutional investors are already getting in, I don't know of BTT policy on sharing links I would have shared. Crypto won't come to what will know until mid-year 2019

I would say just a few are getting in right now. Most are holding off and waiting for the market to recover before they can put in their money to fund projects they find interesting.

So many uncertainty in the market with lots of Fuds and weak hands. And i believe at end all weak hands will be left for and good.
With so many projects like Cova and others showing their amazing development it should happen pretty soon!

I think it is more than just weak hands; I think the market is not able to recover because it is exchausted. I think it needs time for it to recover again; so project should be self sustainable now.
