POS for me it like mining solo more hash more block /more coin stake more block ...for small amount coin to hard find block when diff high ..but miner with low hash still can get some coin on share pool Wink

Yes, this coin will start as PoW then shift to PoS. We will be leveraging various opcodes and creating new opcodes to mimic a Casper-like PoS model. Upon it's introduction, it'll first be like you said, a PoW/PoS hybrid, but overtime will get closer and closer to pure PoS until it finally is.

Also, I'm sure there will be pools for staking just as there are with mining, and we're even starting to see the preparation for Ethereum staking pools, such as Rocket Pool: https://www.rocketpool.net.
