Yep, not good at all - looks like you only have 5.5 workers functioning. If you don't luck out with simply loose connectors, then either you're missing a ton of capacitors or (more likely) you've hit the fuse problem and will need either upgraded fuses or bridges to bypass them (dangerous but I've been running that way OC'd just fine for the last week+ full blast). If your ribbon cable is torn from shipping, that'd do it, too, but no doubt you would have noticed that when you got the unit.

To change your fan speeds to slower speed use one these settings in the configurations, more options. depending on how yours is wired, one will give you fastest fan speed and the other the slowest fan speed.
