Good luck getting a refund. I have been asking for a refund for 2 months now. All I get is " Refunds will be processed after cards are released". They sure are taking their sweet time to actually send any cards so you getting a refund at the moment is close to 0. I gave them an ultimatum. If i dont get refunded this month i am calling Estonian Customer Protection services as Minexpay is handled through Minexsystems daughter company Chain2Pay OÜ.
How can a company be taken seriously when they have not addressed a refund request that was done initiated 2 months ago?
I think you should report them to the Estonian authorities without delay. Their conduct towards you is a disgrace.

So I paid 100 for a fantasy card that now costs 5 and I get back 4.
Yes I paid with Mnx that is now worthless. At least other companys refund you in reasonable time not this fuckery that minexsystems are doing here.
C'mon mate. You are in cryptoworld. If the price will be 2 times bigger than at time when you paid for card did you requested euros or MNX? The main rule in crypto is do not invest more than you can lose. My suggestion to is to relax and wait for card. After end of the test cards will be sent to customers. If all documents sent and updated correctly of course. Crypto world or not when you sell a product and advertise it to be shipped in September then you deliver or if you dont then at least refund the god damn money.
becouse minexsystems failed to deliver the cards within the date they announced to users before the sale of the cards...they should pay a penalty....
