Reboot. It might hang. Then power off and on again. Then log in
Tried it several times :/
After you reboot and login, go to the network tab and verify that the wireless is being issued an IP.

It will not be able to access the internet since it is in a completely different network than the gateway. You have to set your local Router IP as Gateways, not your external IP.
