Correct, but there is NO dates when cards should be delivered. So your on time don't mean anything because date of delivery is non set, because project is in developing stage.

There were dates on roadmap! OMG man you are really annoying me, and Im trying to stay objective here!

and still is on minexcoin website q2-2018!

We would be lucky enough if they succesfully release cards by Q2 of 2019. Hopefully, they don't hire a firm like novarise again lol
