There's no definite date for the pumps to happen, because it needs more time to gather more demand to take over the current struggling price to cope up with previous falls. But don't get mad about it mate, we're still on the recovery period. As long as the community was active and developing great fluctuations it's not impossible to see latest updates which will make the price boom to higher values.

Do not set your hope too high. There are several belief like this that one day it will pump and at the end, they are all disappointed. It is better to have a good development than pump because this means that the price grow naturally and will be stable. Bullish market is a better way than pumping it too high and at the end, it crash really hard.
