This is the main problem - projects do not need tokens. Investors just lost their money, donated it) This trend provoked the collapse of the ICO market.

Actually, I agree. in some projects token addition seems like a last-minute addition and the project will be fully functional without it.
As for BP, the logic behind token usage inside project`s environment is rather justified. As for investors here, in case the token fails they still have opportunity to gain some of their money back: BP is an advertising platform as well, I believe there could be some special conditions for investors.

As for advertising, I completely agree! This is almost inexhaustible source of income. Many still underestimate this. I think Boat Pilot is a great way to advertise. And it gives a chance for a good payback and income.
