There's no need for that, I can tell you already 99+% of the complainers were banned for plagiarism.
They used to not care, as they could easily farm more accounts. Now it's an actual loss which they can't recover. Thanks to the Merit system, we're now Draining the swamp

I do think most bans are for spam though, but they're mainly Newbies/bots who don't complain about it.
