I think ICO as a manner of crowdfunding will has a future, because it helps reliable and creative projects to deliver useful products which the Crypto market needs in its journey of increasing adoption. but a lot of ICOs that appeared during the hype in the last two years will fail, because they will either face regulatory issues or will run out of fund, we started to see such cases.
Now, more regulations ae being introduced, in addition, the new ICOs will benefit from the experience of past ICOs, to avoid the reasons that made them fail.
