BUt we are already under the water,we don't go anywhere even we get out now,so better hoping for the prices to increase then go with huge loss.I am ready to loss everything to make something from the crypto currencies.

Their is nothing one should be doing at the moment other than buying at this prices which could be beneficial as you can easily average your prices and bring them down and when the demand rises price will rise and you can make money from it as your buying would come down if you buy it now at this low rates.

Buying and holding are our only options, many of those that are selling are taking the wrong choice especially since they are selling now, if someone saw the bear market coming and got out of it while he could with small loses then he will be in a great position now but when you are selling when we are close to the lowest price the only thing you will get out of it are losses.
