forum and a blog.A great idea but i doubt you would really have a hard time to succeed since lots of competitions on such area. Why not only focus on one?

The main idea lies in combination of different features. The audience of users will be bigger, as some of them will use forum, some social network, others will go directly to the news page. Step by step, the audience will start using not only features they liked first but all our services.
