In my expectation, ETH will hit 0.04 BTC per one ETH sooner or later.

You are right Ethereum can easily hit 0.04 BTC per ETH this year or next year, i think 0.04 is not a tough target for eth.
Anyway weak hands still selling at this price and many experienced investors buying at this price.
