I read sometime back, that there is bug in this forum and account can be locked if you use Secret question feature.

It's not a bug. And he didn't use the Secret question (just check the SecLog).

PSA: ACCOUNTS WILL BE LOCKED IF THE SECRET QUESTION IS USED TO RECOVER IT
