I will not go looking for projects that read all their whitepaper. I have a team that can search for ICO projects that are running in the background and there are many big investors growing.
I just read the whitepaper of those potential projects, besides I don't spend too much time reading it all. Grin

if we dont ready any whitepaper from any projects we could use analisys from ico site review.their team riviewed this projects by analyze their whitepapers and find positive and negative value from it.
