This is so vague because they are not publishing any news or contract to show hos much raised so far from the crowdsale, last year there was bunch of icos are publishing the contract.
That was the problem of icos in 2018 which's lack of transparency

I would say, that's one major thing that deviates from the previous year.
Before, you couldn't even run a campaign without escrow.
And everyone was mocking you or alleging you that you were running a scam if you didn't have escrow.
Now, it's like everyone can run their bounty programs.
No wonder, there are a lot of scumbags nowadays.

By the way, there are still several projects that can really raised millions of dollars.
Most of them have private investors in place already. Or they have long list of partners in the pipeline.
But we can never be sure how much really is the collected amount. We are still in the blind spot regarding the exact figures.
