He has been using this account outside his thread about the ban, and that is considered ban evasion. Hence he's broken another rule of the forum and doesn't deserve any kind of consideration at all.
According to modlog the user got banned within the last week, while the previous post with this account was ~two weeks ago. I think there's no evasion yet.
Edit:Suchmoon kinda split his 4 merit 'law" amongst the two "catchers"(2 each)....so fair
