Yes, it is a good time to buy coins, its low on posted price, the market looks good, its all green again, it is on the way to recovery. We may experience bumpy market on this last quarter but i am optimistic that once the crypto market fully recovered from the previous hiccups it will be more favorable again toward the ist quarter of the 2019. One should always remember, invest only what you can afford to loss.the risk factors is high with the market volatility.good luck.
