Should authentication be mandatory? and how long will the KYC process take?

Hello, you need pass KYC to withdraw your funds.
KYC takes a few hours in working days.

Do I have to pass KYC to withdraw any amount, even 0.01 BTC for example?
Or maybe is there some limits on a maximum allowable withdrawal without passing KYC?

My question left without answer, despite that there are a lot of people who interested too, I'm sure.
