People play for money and want easy money and lose in the end which become stressful for them as they lose money Majority of the times and ill effects could be like sleepless night , effecting health and so on. This makes the worst case for them and overall their life become more harder and stressful .

A responsible gambler must know how to stay with his limit, he must be discipline also to not allow himself to be controlled by his emotion.
We need to understand that we are risking our money, so we should be ready to accept if we loss and not chase until we lose everything.
