THIS! It only takes 5 minutes to make a post here to let us know what's going on and this isn't the first time people have requested this. Alternatively put a news/announcement section on your site where you can place an update.

I myself placed 5 bets at 22:32/22:33 (for sd time subtract 1 hour) on feb 1st and returns came at 23:08, 23:45, 08:53 (feb 2nd), 09:14 (feb 2nd) and the fifth one hasn't even been processed yet Angry

. Very annoying!
