In your neighbour Finland situation for Industrial electricity is worse because of the tax. Currently we are running around 0.075 /kwh, for industrial rate in here you need to have 5MW minimum consumption and then the "discount" would be 1.5snt/kwh so for us it would be then around 0.06/kwh. In sweden basicly all companies get industrial rate so if u run as company its easier, althought because of dry summer (at least they use this explanation) energy prices seems to be up indeed..
