Over the past 30-40 years, the world has changed a lot and this is the fault of the man himself and the new technologies to which we have reached. The pace and rhythm of life were just crazy, everything is always somewhere to run, many have a lot of problems that are not solved.
Yes, many people are no longer able to enjoy life and blame the work and the need to have material benefits. People have no time to relax and this is the main problem. Everyone spends all their vacation watching social networks, news feeds and videos on YouTube.
Until we get back in touch with each other, I'm sure things won't get any better. Learn to smile at each other and just go to visit.

The people who are hung up on feeling alone, and on depression, are often hung up that way because of chemical imbalances in their bodies. It's hard for them to simply toss those feelings away when their body is shouting at them that it (they) is failing.

Get off medications (poisons), especially the ones for depression. Get onto good nutrition. Go to doctors who do tests to see what nutrients you need for your problem... because everyone is deficient in some distinct area. Finding yours will get you onto the nutrients you need. Since it is an unrefined nutrient, it is natural... not medically modified poison.
