The MrGaSp account has obviously been sold or hacked. His posts in 2012 looked like this (and notice he says his business servers are located in Oregon, which is in the US:

Keep your eyes out for a new service called VPS Squared, in a few years. Probably make an official company, Dedicated IPs, Control panels, and all that good stuff. Either way, I will start up a VPS service again. Maybe even offer Co-Location...I like the idea of it, but I like having the server near by, So I'll be likely hosting my own network, so why not offer Co-Location to others that wont charge 100+/h for technician hands..
