Вот моя история:
Я случайно отправил на биржу не тот токен из-за того что у них совпадают названия. У них есть HOT (Hydro Protocol), а я отправил HOT (Holo token), которого у них нет. Ну казалось бы ничего страшного - заявка в поддержку, эфирный кошель у них, один клик - и токен (минус комиссия) у меня.

Но не тут-то было, вот моя с ними переписка:

Это вообще нормально такое отношение к клиентам "биржи для всех"?

От мелких клиентов меньше вони и шума, именно по этому на многих биржах взялись именно за мелочевщиков. У вас нет средств поднимать шумиху в прессе, поэтому вы стали их жертвой.
