Maybe you are not stress by your trading activity that's why at this point you don't need it. But for those who are mentality focus on trading, I guess a little help from this practice or technique will really help us a lot specially in controlling our emotions. Specially that one of the best enemy of a trader is his negative thoughts or greed. So there's a lot of benefits from meditation that could really help us grow not just in our trading activity, but in our daily lives as well.
