That's what you have to do. you cant =just continue to be sad and regret last year's loss. it will only worsen the end result of your trade. better now you have forget all the losses and start with a new spirit so that you are not affected by losses. because it can scare you

start new sheet in this early year.forget about bitcoin price crashing last year, as long as we didnt sell it yet someday our asset value recovered.with new spirit in this year we have to learn from our mistake and improve our skill in analizing market and projects.

If holding is the best way for you. because you are sure of the coins you bought. then hold it dude!
and if you want to make a profit again. Look for a loan, or take funds from your backup plan, or sell some, for trade purposes
