I didnt see any announcements on that so either they held a private sale and searched for investors themselves or they didnt g trough the second pre ICO. Hope we will get some news soon.

I do also hope they will divulge the amount raised during those Pre-sale because I think its an obligation to the community and should create mutual trust as well.
