What? Where are you getting that 1.5 million? Not from the ico that's for sure. And i can't recall that they had a private funding of any sort...

That's right. They didn't raise 1.5 million. Here's the final info: "The total raise was 1127.52868 ETH and 60.05277671 BTC." and at that point it was a little over 1.3 million.
