Well it's not right to take advantage of those who aren't aware of the xcp decentralized exchange, don't deny the cartel the discussions are clear on the xcp thread.

http://blockscan.com/order.aspx?p=0 shows a few very small orders at prices lower than 0.01 BTC, but I am not seeing any significant orders at .004 BTC.

Where do you see a quote for .004 BTC?

P.S. the order for .0013 BTC was cancelled and was just a leftover from before. I assume all the orders for 1 XCP and 10 XCP are similar leftovers.
