Its all your choice. There is risk in cryptocurrency. If you want you can wait till the price starts to go up just to be sure that there is going to be a bull, but dont forget that sometimes there is bull trap; when the prices suddenly increases and gets back to the bottom again. So since the price is down, maybe now is best for you to buy and hodl till when the price will go up. But like I said before, its all your choice .

We do have our own choice but asking if this is the right time to get in then no one knows but basing on the prices we have seen compared in last years then we can say that this is relatively low.
Its really indeed our choice if we can risk up to get in because as being said on crypto this is way too volatile.We might expect that this is already the bottom but anytime it can go even more deeper which
causes for you to loss money.If you aren't ready on the risk then better not to proceed at all.
