Yes, Cryptopia will accept new coins once they will pay entrance fee and of course some standard rules on crypto exchanges like a reliable network. What differs in Cryptopia is I never heard them delisting coins even if they have very low volumes unless there is a proven attack or when the coin is technically unsafe.

And no Cryptopia doesn't remove a coin when there is an attack, it just locks the wallets and waits.
