This was their response but during the transaction immediately they released bitcoin 0.00049249 was what showed up

Now it become 0.30029496 btc instead of 0.034 btc?

I bet that the 0.00049249 btc that you misinterpret was the balance of your account based on what they replied to you.

So, at this moment, your issue with them are solved already?
