Regarding to the card, they could not released it because they are still waiting for Visa approval which will be announced by February. Hopefully it will not be delayed again.

It is true that if you have reached the softcap I think the team can develop or continue the project because that is what everyone expects and regarding visa approval it is better to continue to see the development in February
